The Upgrade Party is not a political party. Think of it more like a GI Party — a group that shows up to do the work that needs doing.
It's a work party for people who like science fiction and change. If you grew up reading Robert Heinlein, Kurt Vonnegut, or Gene Roddenberry — welcome home. And if you haven't yet encountered Trekonomics, that's a good place to start.
Why Purple
Blue is the color for Democrats, and red is for Republicans. Purple is the official color of the Upgrade Party — the Upgradians — even though we're not a political party.
