Social Security 2 (SOS2) is a non-profit plan to build and buy non-profit housing to reduce the suffering caused by housing shortages.
SOS2 would not have an age limit, but benefits increase as a person builds their status. For example, we might have Bronze, Silver, and Gold as status levels.
We will use a points system called Affordable Housing Points (AH Points) to manage this plan.
