Affordable Housing Coin (AHCoin)
AHCoin is an affordable housing plan. You can earn AHCoin by:
- buying products or services from people or companies
- donating items to certain thrift stores
- doing a work-study program
- sharing the AHCoin plan with businesses and others
The AHCoin system could have several levels, such as copper, bronze, silver, gold, emerald, and diamond. The value or usefulness of your AHCoin depends on your location.

For example, Bronze level might get you a tiny house in Seattle or Bronze might get you a studio apartment in a small town. Note that there might still be some added payment for utilities and other expenses.
Higher levels would get you bigger dwellings. If you choose to live in a smaller space than your level, you could have the cash difference. In other words, you can downsize to a smaller space and get some cash back.
AHCoin has no cash value and is non-transferrable in most cases. We may offer "Founder" AHCoin to help buy certain properties. Founder AHCoin is transferrable (sellable) to others.
People with AHCoin can vote for Trustees of a Building while they are tenants. Trustees make sure everything is taken care of. Each building will be its own non-profit entity with ownership safeguards.
There is no age or location limit for the AHCoin plan. If you receive cash from this program, we must report it as taxable income if over a certain amount (currently $600).
We offer Founder AHCoin at this time to get a building in Oregon.
Terms of the AHCoin program can be upgraded at any time...
